About Me
With over 30 years of experience in fitness — encompassing martial arts and bodybuilding, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
My focus is on coaching adults over 50 who aspire to move better, feel stronger, and experience aging with less discomfort. My methodology is straightforward: joint-friendly, pain-conscious training combined with practical nutrition habits. There are no extreme workouts, no egos, and no one-size-fits-all programs. Everything I design is customized to your current abilities, lifestyle, and long-term goals.
