Full Program Refunds
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our program, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid session, provided you have:

Attended at least 2 program sessions

Made a good faith effort to follow program guidelines

Partial Refunds
After 30 Days:

Refunds calculated based on unused sessions remaining

Refund amount = (Number of unused sessions ÷ Total sessions) × Program fee

Processing fee of $25 applies to partial refunds

Must provide 7 days written notice
Example: If you've completed 2 of 6 sessions and paid $300, your refund would be: (4 ÷ 6) × $300 = $200, minus $25 processing fee = $175
No Refund Situations
We cannot provide refunds if:

More than 60 days have passed since program start

You've completed more than 75% of sessions (5 of 6 sessions)

Cancellation is due to failure to attend scheduled sessions without notice

You violate program terms and conditions

Medical clearance was required but not obtained
Health-Related Cancellations
Medical Exceptions: If you must discontinue due to serious health issues or medical advice, we offer:

Prorated refund with medical documentation after 30 days

Program freeze option to resume when health permits (up to 6 months)
