7-Day Free Trial

Trial Period:

  • Your 7-day free trial begins upon enrollment, not at your first session

  • Cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid any charges

  • No refunds needed for trial cancellations as no payment is processed

  • Must cancel at least 24 hours before trial expires to avoid automatic billing

How to Cancel During Trial:

  • Log into your account and select "Cancel Trial"

Full Program Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our program, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid session, provided you have:

  • Attended at least 2 program sessions

  • Completed initial health assessment

  • Made a good faith effort to follow program guidelines

How to Request: Contact us within 30 days with your refund request and brief feedback about your experience.
 

Partial Refunds

After 30 Days:

  • Refunds calculated based on unused sessions remaining

  • Refund amount = (Number of unused sessions ÷ Total sessions) × Program fee

  • Processing fee of $25 applies to partial refunds

  • Must provide 7 days written notice

Example: If you've completed 2 of 6 sessions and paid $300, your refund would be: (4 ÷ 6) × $300 = $200, minus $25 processing fee = $175

No Refund Situations

We cannot provide refunds if:

  • More than 60 days have passed since program start

  • You've completed more than 75% of sessions (5 of 6 sessions)

  • Cancellation is due to failure to attend scheduled sessions without notice

  • You violate program terms and conditions

  • Medical clearance was required but not obtained

Health-Related Cancellations

Medical Exceptions: If you must discontinue due to serious health issues or medical advice, we offer:

  • Full refund with doctor's note if within first 30 days

  • Prorated refund with medical documentation after 30 days

  • Program freeze option to resume when health permits (up to 6 months)

  • Transfer option to a family member (one-time only)

Required Documentation:

  • Written statement from healthcare provider

  • Specific recommendation to discontinue nutritional guidance

  • Documentation must be received within 14 days of discontinuation

Refund Processing

Timeline:

  • Refund requests processed within 7-10 business days

  • Refunds issued to original payment method

  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days

  • You'll receive email confirmation when refund is processed

Payment Method:

  • Credit card refunds: Return to original card

  • Bank transfer: Return to original account

  • Cash/check payments: Check mailed to billing address

Session Cancellation Policy

Individual Sessions:

  • Cancel/reschedule with 24-hour notice: No penalty

  • Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): Session considered used

  • No-show: Session considered used, no makeup session

  • Emergency exceptions considered case-by-case

Makeup Sessions:

  • Available for cancellations with proper notice

  • Must be scheduled within 2 weeks of original session

  • Maximum 2 makeup sessions per program

Program Modifications

Schedule Changes:

  • Session time/day changes: No charge with 48-hour notice

  • Program pace adjustments: Available at no extra cost

  • Format changes (phone vs. video): No charge

Content Modifications:

  • Dietary restriction changes: Accommodated at no charge

  • Goal adjustments: Supported throughout program

  • Material updates: Provided free when available

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Digital downloads accessed/downloaded

  • Printed materials shipped to you

  • Third-party service fees (payment processing, etc.)

  • Bonus consultations or additional services used

  • Administrative fees for multiple schedule changes

Special Circumstances

Family Emergency:

  • Temporary program suspension available (up to 30 days)

  • Prorated refund considered with documentation

  • Transfer to family member option available

Technical Issues:

  • If technical problems prevent service delivery, makeup sessions provided

  • Extended technical issues may warrant partial refund

  • We'll work with you to find alternative delivery methods]

Dissatisfaction Resolution: Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to:

  1. Discuss concerns with your guidance counselor

  2. Request program modifications to better meet your needs

  3. Consider switching to phone sessions if video isn't working

  4. Allow us opportunity to address specific issues
